14-day returns
You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Refunds to original payment
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll issue your refund back to the original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll resolve it quickly.
The details
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we'll put it right.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
